The reason for the 'repairing' device jam of new iPhones

If you've ever had your iPhone repaired by someone who has nothing to do with Apple, know that the iOS 9 update could cost you a fortune.

Yes, updating the new operating system on iPhone 6 and 6 Plus handsets that have not been repaired by Apple is causing the device to malfunction.

Consumers around the world are experiencing an error on the iPhone called Error 53, which causes their device to stop working.

This problem occurs in people who have fixed the home button or their screen and then tried to upgrade the software.

In this error, it is written on the user's screen that the iPhone can no longer be restored and there is an unknown error 53, after which the device gets jammed.

As a result of a phone jams, people are not able to recover their data from it.

Angry users took to Twitter to express their displeasure.

Apple claims that the error assures that the security of the iPhone cannot be compromised.

An Apple spokesman said: "When the iPhone is serviced by an unauthorized person, the additional security features after the software update lead to error 53."

He added that the use of dubious devices as an alternative to Apple's secure devices triggers security features.

Apple has advised people with this issue to contact an Apple Store or its authorized representative.
